Comments from Madge about this article:

A word of caution.  The study does not demonstrate increasing “whole grains” in the diet at the expense of vegetables, legumes, lean proteins and fruit promote improved health.  The study compares refined grains to whole grains.  Whole grains in general have less flour.  The word “flour” in the ingredient label implies the grain has been refined or processed.  - Madge
