Arthritis Water class

Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 - 11:30am

The least intensive of the aquatic fitness classes, this class provides aerobic fitness, strengthening, range of motion and balance exercises specifically targeted toward members with arthritis.

 

 

 

 

 

Low-Impact Water Class

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 - 10:00am

Aqua fitness class that combines aspects of low-impact water aerobics, strength training, deep water running, and stretching.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Deep Water Class

Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:15pm

Thursday 5:45 - 6:30pm

The most intense of the aqua fitness classes, Deep H2O focuses on cardio-respiratory fitness in a no-impact, deep water setting.

 

Step and Tone Aerobics Class

Monday 10:00-11:00am and 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Wednesday 10:00 - 11:00am and  5:45-6:45pm

Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 - 10:00am

Saturday 9:00-10:00am

You will experience interval training in almost every aspect of the stair and floor workout.  The use of weights, resistance bands, and the exercise ball could come into play at any time. 

 

Cycling

Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am - 9:45am

Monday 6:30 - 7:15pm

Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:00pm

Wednesday 6:00 - 6:30pm

 

This high-intensity, aerobic exercise involves the use of our stationary bikes.  You will burn lots of calories and and get an awesome aerobic workout.  It also tones your quadriceps and outer thigh muscles.  Because you stay in one place with the same basic movement throughout, cycling does not involve a lot of coordination... It's easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobic classes. 

 

Yoga

Monday/Thursday 6:30-7:15pm

A basic integral yoga class that centers on flexibility and well-being

 

Power Yoga

Friday 8:00-9:00am

A full body workout that promotes flexibility as well as mental stability and concentration

 

Pilates

Monday 5:30-6:30pm

This class is great for core strengthening

 

Pilates on the Ball

Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm

Thursday 10:00-11:00am

Great for low-impact core strengthening

 

Continuation

Monday 9:00-11:00 am

These classes are exclusively for those that sign up to participate in the continuation program.  There is an extra fee.  Advanced strength training along with an advanced cardio workout.
